About the Club

The Club was formed in the 1960s as a Sub-Centre of the North-East Centre.  In 1971 it
became a centre in its own right.  In its early years, Gordon Douglas acted as the Chairman
and Secretary and was the driving force behind many of the activities.  Backed up by the
committee,  events such as Twelve Car Rallies, Treasure hunts, Road Trials, Production Car
Trials, Autotests and Karting were organised.

The club is focused in MGs, however people who own vehicles of all makes are welcome.
