Lakeland Trials - 2008
Just to prove that not everything we do in the Tyne-Tees Centre is about
MGs, the pictures show what some of our members get up to when they want
some fresh air. Eight of our hardy souls went to the Lakeland Trials in
November and enjoyed watching some fine cars rather than fine weather, as
the precious vehicles attempted to climb the various hills and passes in the
Lake District. The pictures were kindly supplied by Lynne and Ken Billingham
whose hands had thawed about 2 weeks later. The weather was custom-made to
make the route challenging and apparently a good time was had by all."
